Creating a cipher alphabet

There are as many ways to create cipher alphabets as there are cryptogram authors. One is:

P: A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z
C: Z Y X W V U T S R Q P O N M L K J I H G F E D C B A

And then you can switch each letter by it's correspondent cipher.
